We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our resort partners.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may request cancellation of their booking subject to the following refund structure:
7 Days or More
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable processing charges.
3 to 7 Days
Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
Less Than 72 Hours
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Activity Cancellations
If water-based or outdoor adventure activities such as rafting are canceled due to weather conditions, dam water levels, safety concerns, or operational restrictions, guests may be offered:
- A full refund for the affected activity, or
- An option to reschedule based on availability
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Refund eligibility is calculated based on the official check-in date and time.
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be non-refundable.
- Special festival, peak season, or promotional bookings may have separate cancellation rules.
- No-shows may be treated as non-refundable bookings.
